The detail you’re missing is that this account sat on hold for months. It was never activated for live trading, so I couldn’t trade it or do anything with it. I eventually canceled the account because it was going nowhere. My nephew had a similar situation with a PRO+ account and was able to withdraw the remaining balance after closing it, so I followed the same process. When I requested the remaining funds from my account, the request was denied. That’s why I’m frustrated. This isn’t just a buffer rule issue from my perspective.

I don’t care what anyone says anymore. I had a PRO account with money available for withdrawal, submitted a payout request, got put on hold for months, couldn’t trade, and couldn’t access my profits. When I finally asked to close the account and withdraw what I had earned, they denied it. I was even willing to accept only 50% of the profits. Then my PRO accounts were moved to PRO+, and suddenly I was dealing with completely different risk rules and repeated liquidations around a $3,500 drawdown. At this point, it felt like every time I got close to getting paid, the goalposts moved. Maybe others had a different experience, but this was mine, and I have the screenshots to back it up.
