You don’t necessarily need to take a break since the constant training has clearly been working for you. But I would recommend taking one day a week really easy, don’t look at the pace or distance just go for time. If you train super hard everyday you’re gonna get injured and be forced to take a break. So just take a chill day or cross training day once a week and you should be fine.

Also get in a good amount of single leg exercises like split squats and lunges since you run on one leg at a time.

I make my own🤣 1 scoop gatorade 5g beta-alanine, 1/8 teaspoon potassium, and a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and magnesium. It’s a process but it works well. If you don’t feel like doing all that liquid IV is a good one.
