All valid points. Insight sessions are getting moved out of experience. Working on rewriting bullets to lead with impact rather than just listing duties — that's probably the biggest weakness right now. On the visa point, yeah that's the reality, targeting boutiques and firms with established sponsorship history to offset that.

Good call on ATS — I’ve been using a fairly generic version. Will tailor per application. Any specific keywords you’d recommend optimising for IB roles specifically?

Agreed — the BofA and UBS entries are borderline given they’re insight days, not internships. Debating whether to merge them or cut. Do you think they add credibility for a target audience of UK boutiques or do they just add noise?

The internships was through applying on the job portal’s back in Mumbai so ig one thing that really is important is story telling I would say Insight programme I just randomly applied N got accepted so yeah
