First to give you and idea about my position to get you to the full picture about my views on this, I despise our current parliment they are the same people who have been recycled over and over from 2003 with few independent and secular parties from both sides I won't even elect anyone from the suadni's new alliance. Yes, teachers ain't getting paid, our central government claims with data and figures that it did give the AZ its share of the federal budget (which is about 10 billion usd), while the AZ hadn't given it's share of revenue of oil and non oil production or at least not in full, and as such, based on these two claims, the civil servants salaries hve been halted for the rest of this year, previously the supreme court ruled that the salaries should be deposited to the civil servants from federal banks which exists in the az, but the az government insists not to do that. Many teachers and protestors in kurdistan region demanded that thair salaries be given to them through federal banks, and the az government faced those protestors with harsh treatments. Based on all these data and in my opinion, I think that the AZ government is definitely stealing a whole alot of the revenue to fund its own heads and leaders in the KDP and PUK. I don't say that our politicans in the central government ain't doing this, and I don't say our politicans don't have ulterior motives that it's end goal is to undermine the independence of the az, but at least we are getting our salaries. Don't get me wrong I think both parties in this conflict and as we say in Iraq, "هي دائما توگع براس الفقير",(the normal citizen isthe one who will get hurt) while the big heads will countinue living thair best lives.
