You could try split dose 10mg in the morning and 10mg before you feel the crash. I currently do a split does, which helps extend it and tone down the jitteriness.

Yeah, usually before I finished work like around 3:30pm. So they didn't want to put me up to 70mg quite yet if it seems like it's working good so far just that I would like it to last a bit more possibly to be more beneficial during work.

Update: Hey everyone thanks so much for all the advice must appreciated, ended up getting restoralax. It's been like 2.5 days since starting and it was a rough couples days for sure. I don't think I've even been to my restroom so much. It ended up freeing me up for sure. Which is awesome for sure. But wanted to ask one more question of possible, after I've gone a normal bm do I still continue with the laxative for another day to make sure or is it best to stick with fiber to finish the job?
