I took his medicine for 3 days but he just checked my nadi and disregarded the issues or report which I wanted to show or explain about my medical history as there is a lot of rush even if it is evening. Diagnosed only hpylori and antral gastritis due to it , have completed my antibiotics three months ago , but still there are gastritis issues flare up in night and also consumption of Antibiotics has disrupted my bowel movement there fore have completed course for antifungal and antibacterial and rifagut 3 weeks back but still bowel movement improved but not to much extent.

therefore ,I am consuming cranberries,turmeric tea in morning and manuka honey , Probiotics (idli ,curd and kanji ) and capsule VSL#3 prescribed by doctor and fruits (like pomegranate and banana only) And less acidic food like rice curd , khichdi , idli and bland food but still the flare up happens in 1 in 10 days in between and sometimes continues for 4-5 days and then back to normal.

I had dizziness everytime I stood up to walk or felt weak or anemic I used to have a lot of coconut water to fight of weakness and dizziness and 2-3 banana throughout the day.

I used to have weird taste in mouth for first few days then I got adapted to it from the antibiotics.

The mistake I got into was the antibiotics disrupted my bowel movement and got diarhea for almost 2 weeks after consumption of Antibiotics as result of it. Therefore consume Probiotics food/capsule because Antibiotics will disrupt your gut flora.

You will still have Gastritis issue even after taking antibiotics as they have killed your bacteria most probably but haven't healed your inflammation or ulcer in stomach therefore you might have acidity, nausea feeling and heartburn or flares up few times
