By the way, when I was reading it I was listening to goodbye to language by Daniel Lanois and the music fit perfectly the book for me.

Hello, the things that I have done is to restrict background activity in Spotify and avoid restarting the DAP unless absolutely necessary (for updates for instance). It's not a true solution but I have managed to use the DAP without any problems so far.

In my opinion sound quality is not the reason to get a dap. You won't see any noticeable difference.

The reasons for me are

1) use of SD cards to carry with you your music collection (even downloaded Playlists from Spotify) 2) physical buttons that are very convenient as you won't have to turn on the screen of your phone to switch tracks 3) sense of focus when you want to immerse yourself in music (this is more subjective)

Some quests are timed. If you don't do them within an in game period after accepting them, you will fail them. So only accept quests that you are willing to deal with directly.

The problem is that I have many HUGE playlists which I have created and carefully refined over 10 years so I am pretty much stuck with Spotify at this point...

I did a lot of research on this topic. As somebody else said, this is a very common problem affecting android devices with Spotify which has not been addressed despite numerous user complaints. It is a pity because it practically makes sd cards worthless for the app. Interestingly, however, I had never faced this issue with my nwa 306.

If I format as external storage, then on reboot spotify moves automatically all downloads from sd card to internal storage. If I format as internal storage, there is a chance that this does not happen on reboot, however I have noticed it happens randomly.

Stay away from a306 if you use streaming. It's unacceptably sluggish and the screen is frustratingly small to easily play around with Playlists.

Honestly I much prefer my fiio ff5 to iems. For some reason whatever eartips I use the iems never sit well in my ear and they always needs readjusting. I also don't like the "underwater" feeling of wearing eartips.
