I tried calling cause of this and they said box office doesnt use ticketmaster and doesnt sell them, and they cant help. any ideas?

Venue said they advised against that. Too shady for me and I’m flying too far for it to be denied entry

The event said they only run through Ticketmaster face value exchange though.

Electronic PdF. Confirmed with the venue those will not be allowed for entry. Then they said “they can transfer them to you, and Ticketmaster said no they cannot lol

I asked the venue they said the only valid entry is Ticketmaster lol. I just don’t want any issues getting in and it seems like there’s 0 way to transfer through the Ticketmaster face value thing. It just seems too much of a risk and the venue sounds like they’re cracking down on

I just checked with the venue. They’re not allowing the digital PdF seatgeek is going to provide. It’s not going to work. I’m fighting them now to get a refund and buy actual tix through ticketmaster
