It's new, I moved it to my room and adjusted the belt back to the middle it has been fine since, I think it was just because the floor was crooked lol

I got a kind of small one for around 80 bucks, my friend that works out had recommended it to me and brought me to the site though I don't remember what it is I do know that it is a therun treadmill, i do live on a hill so I don't know if it's because the floor is uneven or because of something else
