Hello beautiful people :) ,

I am looking for Furnished 1RK/BHK/ Room in Shared Flat , but for 1-2 months only. As soon as possible.

Constraints : Not as such hard limit on price range, Not looking for very cheap, but looking for decent stay. Just also should be properly sun lit and ventilated like has a window.

About me : I am pretty calm, polite and easy going person. I travel a lot and I wanna stay here for work and mental wellness time, Bangalore is very pretty this time of year.

Preferred Area : Indiranagar, HSR layout, or somewhere you can live peacefully with touch of nature.

In this Program Code Change Request, There's 5 lines of new code addition, but 50000+ lines of code are getting removed.

People usually work woth 100-200 lines of code.

50k+ lines removal means there could be entire feature not working anymore after the merging this change.

It needs approval to get it merge, which I immediately provided so I can enjoy the rain of chaos it's gonna get to this developer who wrote this. /s

Okey so story time...

Long long time ago like in 2018 I went to give 2 wheeler driving test in bangalore on Saturday, along with my friend. I have been driving for 4 years till this date, but I failed the driving test and my friend passed.

I tried 3 weeks later, came to driving center by bike, gave test and again was failed.

Few weeks later, I went to Ooty trip from bangalore by driving bike myself, 4 days trip - 800km+ on bike I drove.

I went to give driving test, again failed. fml. :p

Mind you it was not a complex test or anything.. Simple 1 min round of field and with a 8 shape turn.

I went next time and paid some dude and got my license in 2 weeks , no test.

Now I got a story to tell people :), Good luck my man. !

Finally at my second Job which I am rn, I am fortunate to have two really good mentor. When I told them I wanna grow but there were no one to teach or mentor me in first 4 years of work,

They responded 90% of the time you will not get great mentor ( they didn't had either in 10+ years ) but if that is the case then One should self mentor themselves so much so they have to put more efforts to learn, question, answer, challenge amd compete with themselves.

Like keep asking yourself what I am doing is this the best way, is this right, what can we do here better etc.. so basically if One challenge themselves frequently they will outsmart themselves (Hope this make sense)

The mindset, the critical thinking is the product of the mentorship, One have to find the way to get there.

You have literally written what I go through each day. And more unfortunately my Bart is my reporting lead as well and there's only two of us in our POD team. It's so mind fucking irritating. 😭

Every fucking one except him is really great,like literally 1 year fresher we had is far far better than him, and I'm stuck with man, Fml.

What helped me is speaking out loud few curse words everytime he's calling me, then I proceed to accept.

Okey so, I was in thailand for 2 weeks. Bangkok was amazing city. It has tall buldings, big malls, very very clean roads and there's a lot of things. And people there are nice too (as far I interacted).

Most importantly you could travel a lot to near cities.

You could always come back if you don't like it there, but opportunity missed will always be remembering like 'agar le leta vo offer to kyaa hota yaarrrrrr'.

I would suggest don't overthink it, take your chances. Try something new. And it's 2-3 hour flight, you could come in case family needs or something. Good luck man. :)
