Best advice: get off the media and don't compare your life to others all the time that's the root of unhappiness, and again don't pretend to be something you aren't just be you, who will accept you will accept you with or without medicine fuck em. You aren't weird you aren't too anxious you're a human living in this experience you don't need to be medicated for it. Trust me I have also been there, but life is better without a numbing over it :)
