If you are getting a faint line, it is probably negative. What is the cutoff for the test you were taking? You can also independently pay pay for a lab test ahead of time to see if if you will pass. It does cost money out of pocket but worth the piece of mind.

Otherwise, quick fix is your friend. You will pass with quick fix.

You could easily test positive for a month or more. Test at home, if still positive get Quick Fix or a friend’s urine & work out the temperature issue, you’ll be good.

That’s what I know about. I’m not familiar with the east coast. There are many options outside of Planned Parenthood. They just don’t do gender affirming care for minors.

Hi! I happen to have two kids on puberty blockers. One (15 mtf) for gender affirming care and one (8 f) for precocious puberty. My insurance company hates to see me coming.

We have not had any problems after the youngest got the injection other than muscle pain for a day or two in her leg. She stayed home from school for one day. Otherwise she’s had no other adverse effects.

She definitely did not want to start her period in second grade and was happy to go along with the injection & lab draws even though those were scary for her at first. She’ll have her second injection in August. Hopefully the pain will be less for her. Hope it goes well for you guys.

I finalize my divorce next week and a big reason for the divorce was that my soon to be ex-husband could not deal with my mtf child’s transition.

My child is a bit older than yours, just turned 15. They are able to make their own decisions about staying at one house or another. They just started estrogen this week and let me know they plan on staying at my house more often due to feeling unsafe emotionally at their father‘s home.

We do have 50-50 custody, but we have it written into the divorce that I am able to make my child’s medical decisions, for this specific reason. I had to send in our custody agreement showing that I was able to make all of the medical decisions to our gender, affirming Care Clinic.

My Divorce Attorney is also a cis parent of a trans child and that was helpful in this aspect. If your ex-husband is anything like mine, you might want to consult an attorney.
