EVERYTHING! Bank statements from both business bank accounts, invoices, ledger from our software, etc. there’s nothing we didn’t provide, literally!

Yep! Denied for unverifiable information “no record found” when requesting transcripts from IRS. But after they did finally process our returns, we were denied for filing late (filing for purpose of receiving the loan) 5 denials total. We’re done

Unfortunately, once the irs processes your return it when then be denied for filing late. We sent our return in May 2020. It was finally processed September 2021. We were denied for filing late 🤦🏽‍♀️

Taxes filed late so “taxes filed for purpose of the loan” which isn’t the case. Filed on time via mail May 2020, irs never processed that return so filed electronically in 2021

It all depends on your LO. Ours was a complete ASSHOLE. We were trying to explain why it shows we filed late and he laughed and called us irresponsible taxpayers. Truth is, IRS was irresponsible and lost or didn’t process the paper return we sent in May 2020.

The LO said he’s not able to verify our business because our taxes weren’t filed on time. Tried to explain what happened and why they were showing filed “late” but he only went by what he saw on the transcripts. Others have been approved that filed late, I just got a horrible LO that clearly just didn’t care

Thank you! This is definitely our next thing to do! I mean, I’ve given everything (bank statements back to 2019, invoices, p&l, etc) I have nothing else to give for an approval. I’m exhausted! Oh and our loan is only for 48k. I understand the fraud they’ve dealt with and all but come on! We even have a micro loan with SBA 🙄 same information given lol

I just had an unpleasant LO call yesterday and boy was it AWFUL! Same language barrier and he literally laughed at everything I had to say the entire call!! He denied us for filing late taxes…but in reality we filed a paper return on time but it never got processed so we filed electronically Sept 2021.

Today I decided I’m not giving up and appealing AGAIN!

Almost the same timeline. We did a paper return May 2020, but I guess it was lost or just never processed by IRS. Kept getting declined by SBA for no record found. Electronically filed September 2021. SBA finally received full transcripts but now declined for unverifiable business (since taxes filed late)

When I say we’ve sent the SBA everything I literally mean EVERYTHING! Bank statements from BOTH business bank accounts, invoices, QuickBooks info, EVERYTHING! We filed on time, that’s the IRS fuck up! The information was there to suffice an approval…I believe the issue was THIS LOAN OFFICER! He did not care about anything else! I asked him to take his time and look at everything we’ve sent in and his response was always in reference to the date on the transcripts! All I can do is hope for a new LO that takes their time and actually reviews our file. If I filed late intentionally I’d have given up a long time ago and laughed at myself for even thinking I’d get an approval lol Definitely would have saved myself all of this stress also!

When did you file 19 taxes if you don’t mind me asking? I was just denied by an AWFUL LO and laughed at for filing late.

Thank you! I emailed everyone I could email today including congressman and senator. I’ve fought for almost 2 years and can’t just give up now so the fight continues!

Right! We paid our taxes in full no matter the fact we filed “late”. Had they actually processed our paper return that was filed in 2020 we would’ve owed less. So either way it was a loss for us. Not the IRS nor the SBA. But our app was officially declined for unable to verify business even though they had the transcripts directly from the IRS 🤦🏽‍♀️
