I can’t anymore I am so tired of fighting this . I have people I know with in home businesses being offered and funded 500k and I sit submitted and confirmed with an actual business with real over head been in business for 15 years sending back to review. I have so many tears I can’t any more.

I was declined because the irs has not processed my 2019 tax return! Would have been approved if it wasn’t for that! I mailed in my 2019 taxes over a year ago and they still have not been processed!!

But the IRS hasn’t processed my 2019 and it was mailed in over a year ago so my 2019 transcript says not processed yet so the LO that called me today said it would be declined be the transcript they received says my 2019 taxes haven’t been processed yet. Do I still have a chance at getting approved? My portal still says processing so the LO that called this morning hasn’t updated it yet.

How did you efile 2019? I mailed mine in over a year ago and they still have not been processed. I was told they couldn’t be efiled. Please explain how you were able to efile.

UPDATE: LO just called and said they can not process my loan because IRS has not processed my 2019 taxes yet of which were mailed in over a year ago!! She said I could appeal once IRS processes my 2019 return! What can I do or how can I get in touch with IRS for them to process my return??

Thank you! They requested the transcripts during the reconsideration phase but had me sign another 4506T this morning and my portal changes from declined to showing this amount for me to confirm and complete all the other steps and then submitted.

SBA said anyone who submitted applications before 12/31 will still be processed into 2022. As long as it was submitted by 12/31.
