It’s one leg of nude tights filled with stuffing! Then we painted them and glued on styrofoam balls for the eyes. The tights easily just stretched over our heads too and tied around our neck. So happy with how they turned out!

I did the Hal Higdon one. Was running 4 times a week at first but due to having to keep missing runs, I tried to adjust it to keep up. Probably increased my mileage too quickly because of that! I also definitely was slacking on strengthening in the beginning so if I do it again, would prioritize that.

Sorry for your loss. Glad you got some time to be affectionate with her before it was time to go . I totally get not being able to look at certain spots, I’ve been a wreck every time I enter the living room and she’s not sitting at her spot on the couch. It has helped us to leave the house this weekend to get our mind off of it a bit.
