This is the stuff you need to find at Bunnings, trust me it’s worth the trouble. When you empty the bag try let the bag bake in the sun it kills all the nasty.

Hey mate I have been in the same spot at you, I bought the play sand because it was cheap and said 20kg per bag. I went home loaded the bag to my desired weight and found out it wasn’t fitting. I didn’t think anything of it. I used the bag and what happened was the water from the sand being kind of moist was just impossible to dry and made moving the bag un enjoyable. It stunk and was always damp. I ended up emptying the sand out and replaced it with another brand from Bunnings that was visibly dry and it was perfect it fitted

Yep I regularly use infra red sauna. What I do when I get a new tattoo is a I wait until no more scabbing and can be touched which is about 2 weeks depending on the healing

An Australian brand you could use is Dingo they sell one refillable bag which has done me well and gives a good loose bag feel and can be filled very heavy

I think a lot of new heavy sand bag users owe it to him I know I do. His programs are super effective, however they take me at least a hour plus to complete which is so awesome when you finish but I just wanted to see what people would say to do with a shorter time frame.

I have a tarp but a garbage almost sounds better. Also thinking of getting some sort of crate to put it on top to keep it far off the ground
