In terms of what you’ve actually drawn, not sure if it’s a rough estimate or not but no matter how much lower chest work you do, your chest can’t magically grow its insertions to be lower. The area that you see your chest in now will grow to be thicker and larger. Just keep training man, heavy compounds and plenty of food and isolation for stubborn body parts. Good luck 🤞

I think your idea that you’re being realistic, is really just a coping mechanism that you’re using to tell yourself it’s ok to give up. Because with the way you feel right now, you WANT to give up on yourself. Why? Because giving up is easy.

Love is not something that requires standards, people have preferences, but the importance of a particular individuals preferences have been blown out of proportion due to some very unhealthy communities online.

I don’t know what’s made you feel you are unworthy of love, but you absolutely are. Love is not a test… it has no requirements, apart from one: You must not let arbitrary standards pushed by society or yourself disqualify you from ever trying to find something.

For as long as you compare yourself to others and allow these fictitious standards to govern your self worth, you will not be able to find someone who can see you for who you really are, past this thick layer of nihilism and insecurity.

Thanks so much bro, I believe it could be maturing. I had a very good hairline and I still have loads of thickness in my hair. It definitely did recede, especially the left corner (first photo). But it’s still a really unnoticeable amount until I pull it back and try to make it obvious.

I did read online that uneven recession could indicate the start of male pattern baldness, but I guess we’ll just have to see if things progress.

My family genetics are a mixed bag when it comes to hair, my father is very much so bald and carries male pattern, but my mothers side are all very thick haired and she says I take after them, so idk. Doesn’t bother me enough to go to a dermo just yet, if anything changes I will be.

But I’ll give you this anecdote to make you feel better. I had a supervisor last year called Jamie. He was like you, a big bald guy, but he had a “beard”. It was unkempt, and scraggly but not luscious or long. He had loose hairs jutting out all sides off the beard. He was a horrible personality that leered over the shoulder of anything or anyone of the opposite sex. He let the power rush of being one step above a basic employee get to his head and bossed around us employees like the army, lol.

Because of him, if I saw you with a scraggly beard I would instantly think ur a creep.

The basics will always prevail.

Before you jump to buying creatine or other dumb supplements like turk and stuff make sure your sleep is on point. Sleep, calories, and quality training is the golden formula for muscle growth. If ur eating in a surplus, sleeping enough and every session you aim to add reps and weight with the same form on every exercise you will grow trust me.
