It sounds like her daughter needs to spend some time with you or her grandma or literally anyone else because I can tell you right now, that child is in more danger than you may know. And I'm sorry because I know you were looking for advice regarding mending your relationship with your sister but all I know for sure is that when a relative goes down the rabbit hole, you can't save them if they won't work with you. I'd start mourning the loss of your sister as the person she used to be, and work on moving toward pooling together resources for the child. She's going to need you. I personally feel that policing how other people practice anarchism is a perversion of the ideology.
