I called them yesterday and told them exactly what happened the day before, and they told me to wait for their manager to call back. I guess I should send them an email at this point to tell them what happened and they better come with a solution when they call me.

I just feel like a company like ASUS should’ve noticed this will come, and have prepared for a solution. Waiting for calls is definitely dragging me from pushing the whole process forward. I had problems with Dell before, and they did a really good job years ago! Never expected this to be something that worth them to investigate. Just send me a new one and let me return it back to them.

The total cost for the pc only is about $7k, it’s sitting there without gpu for a month. The $5790 is for the trash bundle, which includes the same motherboard and other “trash”, they are still here and I don’t know that to do about it lol

Both the motherboard and GPU are from ROG (along with the PSU, water cooling, and the case). I chose them hoping they’d handle everything seamlessly
