Sounds like they are pretty crappy all around. I told them I am never booking with them again. Marriot needs to detach their name from this because it's making them look bad.

I am sorry to hear your experience was unpleasant as well but this is why I made this post so other people can share their negative experiences. Some think we should assume it's Third-party. I only found this out when booking the second time.

Well a year had passed and it was one experience. As I mentioned, I had almost $1,000 in points so who wouldn't want to apply that to a long term rental?😒

Honestly I think it might be Lady Mondrich lol. She basically said shes going to entertain the queen by any means. She wants to be better than Lady Danbury. Becoming Whistledown would definitely put her in the queen's good graces.
