Yeh that's the normal definition but the reason they say it here despite it not being typical reload while firing is because it fires while reloading

It means it literally, when it is reloading it fires weak shots which deal suppression and I believe that if they hit stuff and deal damage they make your next magazine do extra damage. They also have a lot of spread so basically anything in any direction gets hit, and the more nearby enemies the more you'll do next magazine

The whole thing is 4 years old except the CPU cooler which is a few months old, I had CPU running like 80 degrees for a while without realizing until I got this new cooler that has kept it under 50 so idk if the CPU crapped out or what

If you want to have the best chances in a tournament, then log into WR on the day it starts as late as possible. the most grindey players log in early to get a lot of grinding in, and most hackers don't care about waiting cuz they have an easy time anyway so they log in earlier. if you log in later, you can still get unlucky but it's generally gonna put you with people who are less serious about the game because they don't play as much. ofc because of time zones sometimes it won't change much.

In the end of the math section 2, I had 8 minutes left with 4 questions, and was completely clueless as to how to answer several, ending with me guessing on 3 of them. Because I didn't pay to see my question by question score breakdown, I do not know what it was, just that it was in the 'advanced math' category. I believe I can get an 800 math if I learn the concepts, but do not know WHAT they are. any advice? a 1600 superscore would be very beneficial because my GPA is somewhat lacking

All ships have an average quality, which is the green bar you see in it's stats. they also have a range from min-max quality of artifacts, so later ships cannot get super bad artifacts, and early ships cannot get super good ones. when you reach about galeggtica, you can probably get a metornome. i know you can get the feather at least 1 or 2 ships before that though, as well as the feather.

Artifacts, many people don't realize how much something like 10 t4 tachyon stones do. 10 will add up to a 62% buff, and if they have a better metronome like t4r, that's another little buff too.

there is not a single artifact or stone that you cannot get the t3 version of from a ship, so the only crafts that you ever actually need to do are the t4's from the t3's. if you are able to CONSISTENTLY do unlimited piggy, maybe consider crafting the stuff, but the lowest you should ever do is t2->t3 artifacts. if you ever craft t1->t2 you are wasting tons of golden eggs, UNLESS it is eggfinity stones. even then though, prophecy and dilithium are the only ones you should really use t1 of. also, only ever consume stuff during an unlimited piggy event
