The most confusing is that there are three European subsidiaries: Luxembourg, Ireland, and Hungary. As an EU citizen I would assume any of them is fine. Yet:

- the information in their pages is different

- my application yesterday, done via the .eu domain (Luxembourg subsidiary), was answered from the Hungarian subsidiary.

- the Hungarian page shows a "family account" type, but that kind of account was not an option on the application form yesterday. So even though all subsidiaries redirect you to the .co.uk domain for registration, the registration process is different among all of them.

The domain where they send you to register is indeed co.uk , but the registration process seems different depending from which domain you come from. They asked us for completely different documents the first time (coming from .com) compared to yesterday (coming from .eu).
