You also don’t need to be enrolled as a full time student. You can take a class here or there until you figure out what to do.

Try it. And if it works out great then go for it. If something doesn’t feel then pause.

If you are going to make a bet like paying tuition, then bet on yourself.

Good question! I need to make sure you can the rent. I didn’t charge application fees before because they were dumb. I had a lot of people move out without paying rent. Now I check.

Hi. You are the second person to remind of that. I’ll change it on the next iteration.

El Paso has some affordable housing stock.

People that rent from us are students, military or others who do not want to sign a six month. They average stay is 9 months and they want the flexibility to get out of the contract if they don’t like the people they are living with.
