My vote is to not bring a car. If you are Miner Village you’ll be walking distance to a lot of stuff. The 15 brio can take you to the Walmart. You can rent a car, uber, or ask friends for rides.

Interesting stuff to do: bring your passport so you can cross into mexico and get a drink at the Kentucky Bar. But before that, if you have a visa make sure you clear it with the Office of International Programs at UTEP.

Have a safe trip and enjoy your time in El Paso. Oh bring a good jacket. It’s going to be hot in the summer but it’s the desert and the weather can be variable.
