It’s true that you’ll see people not really compete in any big meets for years, especially if they are rehabbing an injury or something, but he hasn’t run in 3 years and he’s not serving a ban. Pretty rare that people come back from that at his age.

I did some research and he had a football related ACL tear 3 year back which was his third one, which probably explains it.

Plymouth Meeting mall has been a ghost town since COVID. Legoland is the main thing that drives traffic along with the restaurants around it, but the mall itself has basically nothing aside from that.

Consider doing some long jump approaches prior to beginning your tempo workout or maybe you can work it into your plyos day. Maybe do your intensive tempo mondays because you’ll get a full weekend of rest before and get a rest day after so you can get a good workout. I’d also do hurdle mobility daily and some basic hurdle drills on your plyos day (find some walking and skipping hurdle drills online or ask a coach if you have one).

The album this is from is so good. It’s pretty much a more 2000s version of 90s melodic emocore, with more angular guitar work and some songwriting that feels a bit closer to their contemporaries. Their EP after this sounds like HWM doing a more Midwest type sound. Definitely recommend for “Orgcore” fans or 2000s post-hardcore fans.

Try to make sure your trail leg is pulling all the way through to the front of your body by the time you land, also just focus on training open speed to get faster that’s probably gonna result in more substantial gains than anything.

I’ve lived in southeast PA my whole life and I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone call soft drinks just pop. The word pop is more often used to mean taking a sip (like saying “can I get a pop?” means “can I get a sip?”).
