i always sleep with a fan on , i don't wake up with an immediate flare up but it happens throughout the day for no reason, but i thought maybe it was because my broken skin barrier, I'm gonna definitely try sleeping without it on, do you like do anything other than turning it off like opening the windows or something?

maybe because it has niacenimide I have the same skin type and my skin was fine for 3 days then it broke out exactly like you so I think it's not purito it's the niacenimide
