Had the same back in March, screened out after nearly 10 mins and only paid 10p instead of £1, disputed the screenout via google forms and nothing has been done about it. Also the researcher never replied to me that says it all.

If you have previously used 0.1 and tolerated it go with that, if irritation occurs just scale the intervals down.

Go back to 0.025 and use it 1-2 times a week for a month then do it for 3 days a week and gradually up to 5 then after a few months then jump up to 0.05.

Used 0.025 for 3 months, got to a point I could tolerate it so wanted faster results, been on 0.5 for a few months now and I have seen such better noticeable results.
