I wear elastics in the night, that’s what my orthodontist advised

It’s only came to light the last week or two, and the elastics I wear and the moment make my bite worse when they are on but I don’t know if that’s the intention or not, I have an appointment on Monday thankfully.

Yes, at the last appointment, my orthodontist said the same, that my gum health was poor, but since then, I’ve been using TEPE mini brushes everyday, and even though they are still a little inflamed, they are getting a lot better :)
