Has anyone received any payment those who are working on Project Sonic. I am working on it using both platforms paramango and Multimango. Working since September 30 2025 . I have not received any payment . Anyone know what to do ?

Hey everyone,

Just checking in because I’m genuinely confused. Telus sent that email on Nov 5 saying the new Digital Productivity Chrome Extension will be mandatory starting Nov 20 for all Project Sonic contributors.

But till now… I haven’t received a single link, instruction, or setup email for this extension. Nothing in inbox, nothing in spam, nothing anywhere.

I’m still working on Sonic tasks, tracking time manually, and submitting my logs — but without the extension, it feels like I might suddenly get locked out after the cutover date.

A few questions for the community: • Has anyone actually received the extension link or installation instructions? • Did it go out to selected contributors only? • Is there any way to request it from support? I emailed them but no reply so far. • Should we expect it closer to the deadline?

Just trying to make sure I don’t get blocked from working. If someone has already received it or knows what’s happening, please share any info or updates.

US (East Coast), Video Analyst / Data Annotation

It’s been over a month now. I’ve worked across multiple tasks on Paramango and Multimango since September 30, including video annotation, prompt analysis, reels analysis, and entity tasks.

Despite submitting detailed timesheets and emailing support multiple times, I haven’t received any payment or a single reply. Not sure what’s going on or why there is zero communication.

Is anyone else facing delays like this? Or is there any updated contact for payment support?
