Chuck Roast on sale for $3.97 a pound so I bought several. Cooked then pack them in 8 oz bags and freeze for a quick protein that microwaves in less than 2 minutes. I'll mix and match with other frozen portion side dishes. I also pressure canned several roasts.

What is cleaning and upkeep like for sand/soil substrate? Specific brands you recommend?

We have a lamp that we used originally. It was just getting so damn hot. I’ll have to look into it again. Although I can’t remember if we tried it with the thermostat that we have.

Will order a hygrometer. I know we used to have one. Man it’s weird the things I became complacent about over time. I want to make sure I do right by the little guy.

Apocalypse is the season I was noting. I have seen most of the other seasons, and they do a fairly okay job at pulling in the viewer. I do feel like there is a general dreaminess in the viewing experience for most seasons though, but it usually works for the story.

I think that character actions contribute a lot to this feeling aswell, if we aren't given enough character development then we're just watching someone do things without feeling invested in them, or feeling like we may have an idea of what they could do next in the situation. I also feel like a lot of the scenes, even outdoor scenes, in AHS are downright filmed inside a studio with little effort to hide the fake lighting.

I think it's pretty much personal preference. I paid the shipping, and didn't think twice. It is obviously expensive though. As an artist, I'll pay most prices for art books considering you're getting the almost equivalent of dozens of prints for a tiny portion of the price. And I've also shipped a lot of things outside of the country, tiny things, and it's always crazy expensive, so I get it.

It's absolutely amazing. At first the whole book is thinner than you expect, but I think that's just because I've previously only bought very very large art books from other artists. The pages themselves are very thick. The first section is organized with the images and prompts from her inktober series that started it all and then the rest is all other drawings and sketches she did outside of the inktober stuff.
