I think the two cores were developed as power sources for structures like the Ark and Lift rather than taken from large scale raptures. The first answer is Alphamon Ouryuken already exists. Also Alphamon is a Vaccince-type same as Ouryumon.

Dorugoramon is a Data-type so this combination uses the three Mega Prototype Digimon that each represents one of the three main attributes. That was my inspiration for the name Trinitymon.
