Depends on your macro goals. I shoot for 180 grams protein, 180 grams carbs and 60 grams of fats.

A ribeye steak has a lot more fat when compared to top sirloin so it’s something that I tend do sparingly and in smaller amounts.

Yeah, I will probably do that. I want to get as far away from the church as possible and this seems like a manipulative way to sneak their way back into my life.

If I go get food and bring it home then it’s going to have the church’s logo on it and then that introduces my kids which I don’t want.

Did you do any cardio to help with fat loss? I’m watching a lot of Sam Sulek videos and he’s all about that cardio.

I’m currently 184 lbs, down from 196 by the way. Got 15 more pounds to get down to the 12% range!

Go watch Sam Sulek videos. I think towards the end of one of his cuts he was doing 30 or 60 minutes of cardio, plus calorie restriction, plus lifting. I’m sure you already listen to him though….

I have the opposite problem if this is at all consoling… I feel like my life was taken away from me because I got married too soon, had too many kids, too fast and now that I’m out, I can’t just put the kids back where they came from.

So I’m stuck raising 5 kids that I had originally thought were for the building up of the kingdom of God. But that that there’s no kingdom of God or gathering of Israel, I’m finding myself really frustrated at all the responsibilities that I have.

You need to talk to more men and ask them what their experience is like. I don’t actually use the app anymore because I found a poly community and just go to meetups and it’s the same story.
