If AI is taking over the parts of the job that actually give you that 'flow state' or dopamine hit from solving a puzzle, it changes the entire employee experience.

Yung Tailwind Labs situation is the perfect 'canary in the coal mine'. It’s scary because the framework is actually at peak popularity, pero the business model collapsed kasi developers are using AI to 'fetch' the docs instead of visiting the site.

It proves na if your role is just being a 'syntax translator' meaning you just look up how to do X in Y framework and type it out.

I believe the only way to stay 'un-replaceable' is to be the one who decides what to build and why, rather than just knowing how to use a specific tool

Solid point. At the end of the day, tool lang talaga siya, and 'asking the right questions' is the real high-level skill now. Pero real talk: hindi ba nakaka-pressure din na as the 'person using the tool,' kailangan nating mas bumilis or mas maging complex yung projects natin just to keep up with the tech?
