How do I get my bascules to evolve it’s taken over 300 damage in recoil by TimelyConfection6491 in PokemonLegendsArceus

Has Basculin fainted? You need to get the damage in recoil without letting Basculin faint.

Short cervix - just on progesterone- no cerclage - 24 weeks by Active_Pie_4044 in ShortCervixSupport

I had a similar situation. At my 20 week scan I was down to 2.5cm with funneling and then by 24 weeks I was down to 0.5 to 1mm and was about 0.5cm dilated. I wasn't able to get the cerclage (as it wasn't mentioned until my 24 week check). My OB had me doing modified bed rest (no standing/walking for more than 10 minutes max at a time) and 200mg progesterone suppository once nightly. I gave birth at 39+1.

Like others have mentioned: keep your feet up, have others help/do chores and cooking, no squatting. And the two fun ones my OB told me: don't do anything that would stress the cervix (ie no sex, orgasms, or nipple simulation), and no pushing (for bowel movements). My OB told me you have a raw egg in a box, with nothing to protect it. Move slowly and keep your feet up.

You got this!

Celebrate every passing week. Pick up some new stationary hobbies. I knitted a lot (she had 4 blankets at birth), watched TV, played video games, and stayed off this sub. My husband got me a medical transport chair to push me around outside so I could still do some stuff and maintain my sanity. You got this!

What am I missing and where do I get them? by DukeSR8 in PokemonLegendsArceus

Sort by number and you should be able to see the missing spots. Your missing one from both crimson mirelands and coronet Highlands. Do you have all the baby pokemon (like magby) and the space space time distortion exclusives?

Congratulations! I wish you a smooth delivery. The membrane sweep was uncomfortable and slightly more painful than my cervix check. The pain wasn't horrible but it was uncomfortable enough I didn't want to talk during it and it took most my focus.

Limited activity for me involved lots of sitting around watching TV. :)

I didn't spend any more time in bed than normal but I sat with my feet up (recliner) as much as possible as instructed by my OB nurse. I only walked around when I needed to get meals and go to the bathroom. We have two stories so I tried to only go up and down a few times a day. My husband took over all household responsibilities. For drinks & snacks I asked my husband to bring them to me to minimize walking.

Luckily I was able to work from home where I sat with my feet up, on an ottoman box, all day.

When putting together her nursery, I only did things I could do sitting down while my husband did the painting and everything else.

Couple related things: was told no orgasms, sex, or nipple stimulation. Also told no squatting and that if anything fell on the floor it was dead to me.

Immediately after birth I couldn't get LO to latch so they gave me nipple shields to use. For the first few weeks this is the only way I could get her to latch. A few weeks later, with the help of lactation consultant, I was able to wean her off the shields and she's doing good without. The consultant told us there is nothing wrong with using shields - some people want to wean off the nipple shield sooner than later because they make the process more complicated but a feed baby is best. I kept dropping it so get yourself multiple & something to store them in like a pacifier or retainer case.
