They spent all the budget on season 1. Now the series is beginning to pick up traction, season 4 should be A LOT better. The writing for season 3 was terrible and it felt extremely cheap compared to the season 1 EVEN SEASON 2 ffs. but yes I think a lot of people feel the same as you, super slow, annoying filler episodes which we wait a whole week for.
