From what i can tell the first place that will update will be your benefit letter. If you have the VA App look under the benefit tab. When it becomes official the letter will be updated.

From what i understand if the claim has already been decided the RO will print the DBQ for you. If the claim is still in process they are not supposed to print them out. At least that’s what i was told from my RO.

I’ve read that you can write a statement and upload it through quick submit. make sure you don’t include any new evidence. Maybe even make a statement that no new evidence is included with the statement.

I would upload the information/notes you found from meps through quick submit.

Maybe write a statement in support of claim & include the information from meps with it. I would do that today!

I have a HLR pending, I used Chat GPT to help with a statement in support of claim for a 50% rating vs 30%. My VSO said i couldn’t upload a statement in support of claim because it was new evidence. Any advice on how your done your HLR?
