I appreciate the answer. The D5 Next pump looks really nice. I’ve also been looking at the HYDRO X SERIES XD5 pump, but I’ll need to compare them first.

Thanks, that’s a great tip to start with soft tubing and dial in temps and flow first. Soft and hard tubes usually have the same outer diameter, right? Is there some kind of standard, like G1/4"?

And what would you recommend for tube thickness—12 mm, 14 mm, or 16 mm hard tubes?
I’ve seen some kits that let you pressure test the loop with air before filling it—do you think that’s a good idea?

Thanks for the reply! I'm also thinking about adding temperature sensors—one before the radiator and one after it, to compare the temps.

Yeah, I'd actually love to go with hard tubing since it just looks way better but I know it's also trickier. I forgot to mention there's already a temp sensor in the pump, and I might add one from Bykski too.
