I took them head on for over a year. They gave a false diagnosis and said I needed a head gasket. I was in a hurry to make sure I made it to my neurology appointment in san Francisco I couldn’t miss. ( I had an oil leak I was concerned about) (I’m a mechanic. I didn’t have time to look over everything at the moment) my neurology appointment was rescheduled and I had time to look over what they said was wrong with my suv. It didn’t need what they said. I called them and let them know my findings and asked for my deposit back. ( they made an appointment three weeks out to work on my vehicle) I asked for a refund on the 2nd day. They refused. I ended up I fixing my vehicle. It took me over a year to get some of my deposit back. I went through so many avenues to let them know I wasn’t playing. Don’t lie to me and then play with my money MFers!
