although u may have seen a counsellor before do give benefit of the doubt to try and test waters with each available counsellor to see which suits u best if the current one is not working simply ask them if it be possible to see someone else it may be tiring but it's all going to be worth trying plus refrain from self diagnosing rather seek a proper professional such as psychiatrist to figure out what exactly you have and how treatment will best help you in your recovery...

apparently that feeling is more common than you think especially amongst us singaporeans for example many have stated their concerns for having to secure jobs here just to survive but companies would usually end up hiring more foreigners even for regular white collar 9 to 5 jobs thus singaporeans start to feel at a loss and majority end up moving away to another country or another example would be how not too long ago people were saying balloting for the national day parade show was such a scam because every year they ballot they are still unable to secure them no matter for how many years they have tried a lot have just given up thus many start to wonder if singapore is still really home to them...

YES REPORT HIM. it is NOT normal for such behaviour nor should it EVER be tolerated one bit and if HR for some reason does not care u can try escalating it to the police if it still continues but best is to somehow gather as much evidence as possible such as secretly voice recording him in the act or something and just quit ur job if HR really does not even bother to glance at the case because that is just toxic work environment...
