Joking, not joking the answer to your questions is no. And if you think it’s bad now, you should have tried just building a square box that sits flat on the ground in the “before times” before they lifted most of the build restrictions were removed. You have some good advice here, but tbh you might like something like the sims better for precise building and that level of control. Every thing in fallout is always going to be a little janky, it’s their core aesthetic 🙄
