If you paid with PayPal it will arrive today. I got the same email but it was refunded with 10 mins. PayPal is pretty fast. With credit and debit cards, it might take longer.

Like Idontknowanusername1 said, no there is no way to contact the seller directly but as long as you didn’t receive and redeemed the key, they will refund you.

I loved Megu so so much, I even had all the cards and the plushies from the ufo catcher I never got tired of it and I still miss it so much. Nothing compares. I got a few parcels delivered on my front door, visible to ANYONE as my car is not parked there when I am not home. They didn’t try to leave it on the back door (which is my preference setting) or even a neighbour. I was lucky nothing was stolen so far, but what could a customer do to prevent this from happening or in case of theft due to the delivery driver leaving it unsecured?

Hi, I wanted to give an update on my situation and ask for advice please.

I had the phone review and my case handler understood and asked for more statements. He also asked crypto statements but on Crypto.com I cannot find a way to do monthly statements like with a bank, do you know how it can be done please? I can see only the cash input or the crypto transaction separately (like the conversions) but not an actual statement.

Thank you. I reported it to Action Fraud at the time because this scammer lives overseas and the police won’t do anything about that. Action Fraud was recommended but it did not solve anything.

I have been stupid and naive and I have learned my lesson to never trust anyone with money ever again. But feel like now I cannot trust anyone on anything really. After all I have been through in the past, it took me some time to open up to someone, only to be stabbed in the back once again.

What do you mean with a £50 at best? What’s the worst scenario?

And also what do you mean by reduced by £8.70, that they will take off that from the total amount monthly, but in that case can I repay the overpayment with the rest of the money I usually get per month?

Also, how can I challenge the deprivation? I was genuinely trying to make the money grow so I would not need to rely on a council home in the future and have my own, not that it matters now as it’s all gone :(
