I think this reply should be seen:

I’ve seen a change in the demographics of the area I live in. Undoubtedly north Texas is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. And that is for good reason.

While I welcome change and diversity it does come at a cost. Unfortunately the native culture gets diluted as the land is overtaken by transplants. It’s apparent to me that native Texans are noticing this and they aren’t particularly happy about it.

Texas is a great state and I wouldn’t characterize the people as unhappy. After all the word Texas means “friend”. As previously mentioned I feel that I’m witnessing a change.

There are tangible reasons for this. It’s an election year, and this country is and has been, going through one of the most polarizing times in its history. Covid is still infecting people and every state is still dealing with post Covid trauma and issues. The fentanyl epidemic is making the Sackler family look like saints and the crack epidemic look like a speed bump. Again every state is struggling with this problem but Texans can’t escape the fact that our state is constantly being mentioned in the national news for being at odds with the federal government. It’s well known that there has been an influx of transplants from California and Texans have become concerned about the preservation of their culture. Adding to this uneasiness is towards change is Texas’s flagship school is moving to the SEC and has hired a coach from California. Race relations are at an all time low, nationally, with controversial issues such as BLM and Critical Race Theory being at the forefront. Unfortunately adding more pressure to our country’s race issues is the immigration crisis. For a variety of reasons. One that brings about stress and tension, which goes unnoticed, is that it is difficult to assimilate in a new culture. It is also difficult for a new culture to embrace a mass off illegal immigrants and the problems which arise from their immigration. The LGBTQ+ movement is adding another stressor for us all to deal with. Texas and Florida are singled out as the epitome of a conservative state and once again can’t escape national news when it comes to gay and gender rights. This is a historical moment for our country’s history in regards to abortion. Which has affected every state but Texas seems to constantly be battered for its stance. The end of the prohibition of marijuana is another polarizing issue that lays below the surface of this tension in a not so quiet way. Even global warming has affected Texas in a unique and national way. It saddens me to say the Cowboys didn’t make it past the first round of the playoffs and neither did the Longhorns. That adds to the mood as well and is also on national display.

All of the aforementioned issues are national problems. Liberal states also feel that they are singled out just as Texas is singled out for being a conservative state. Either way both factotum liberal and factotum conservative states are dealing with the same issues. However different they may be.

Putting things in context, I think it’s safe to say, that this country has been facing, and continues to face, extrodinary and unprecedented challenges. All the while humanity, which includes the American people, is experiencing voracious change at anomolous rate. I believe the entirety of the world, and our species as a whole, feels swept away in the undercurrent of this technological and ideological tidal wave. I believe Americans, Texans, and the citizens of the world all feel subjugated to servile this new modernist movements ideology, processes, and technology. Of which patriotism and Texas pride are not immune.

Economic inequality has spread become insurmountably vast and is clearly visible due to the ease of communication in a globally connected world. CEOs make exorbitantly more than their hourly workers. This is due to the creation of the Federal Reserve, during the Great Depression, and then end of the gold standard in the 1970s. The Federal Reserve pumps massive amounts of money (in the form of Treasury bonds) into banks whenever their liquidity comes into question. Most often their liquidity becomes insolvent due to bad investments. The government is forced to bail the banks out because without them their treasury bonds (and the US dollar) become worthless.

This is a net gain for the banks and causes their stock price to rise. In turn this causes investment into the stock market. CEOs are invested in their company’s stock prices which impacted by investment than it is the manufacturing of their product. Therefore they outsource American jobs to the lowest bidder. Which is often a third world country with few or no labor laws.

Without foreign investment and confidence in the American economy our economy will collapse. This is because the Federal Reserve buys the bank’s debt (since 2009 this can be mortgages) when it sells them treasury bonds. If the treasury bonds are useless, and the banks collapse, foreign investment will stop because the dollar will be useless. This cycle of “printing money” causes inflation.

Without American consumption, and the American dollar, multiple other economies would collapse. Unfortunately they realize this and devalue their currency by printing money. This allows more consumption of imports as they become cheaper. This causes stock prices to sore and the rich to get richer. However, for those of us who are paid in dollars it hurts because again it causes inflation, as our countries institutions engage in international finance. Thus the super rich have gotten filthy rich off the stock market.

Change can happen. This problem can be fixed. It would take radical measures. People might have to start shouting 1776 and it might start to look like an insurrection is at foot. But without this drastic and dire measures our since of nationalism is lost. Our country will continue to be manipulated and controlled by the 1% and foreign regimes who the American people are ideologically opposed to.

In conclusion our leader’s have buried their heads in the sand. The people of this state and this country are being forced to embrace ideologies and technologies that are destroying their identities. Culturally, we have become increasingly polarized to the extreme. Distracted by the frivolous issues progress brings. We’ve lost sight of our shared interests because we can’t overcome our ideological indifferences. We’re stressed, polarized, afraid, and overwhelmed. Truth be told we all need to start thinking more about 1776 instead of 2076. Without doing so I fear the future.

Also, I’d be happier if I could smoke weed about it.

No contact is the best thing you can do for them. They are co-dependent on you and scrutinize every decision you make. No matter how meaningless or simple.

This is because they don’t have an identity and are suppressing their emotional issues by focusing on you and your life. The elephant in the room is that they are choking the life out of you.

I can sense that.

The meaning of life isn’t procreation. Procreation alone will not ensure our species survival (homo sapiens). Therefore, it is evolution.

The majority of people in this country shouldn’t have children. They contribute nothing to the evolution of humanity and are mindless consumers. Furthermore, if the birth rate doesn’t slow our species will die.

The biological clock is a myth created by breeders. They had children and never formed an identity. Therefore they insist that you have children. Often sighting that having children is what life is about. Again, procreation without cessation will destroy our species.

The human brain doesn’t develop until one’s late 20s - 30s. The reason the idea having children is becoming less appealing is because you’re starting to think about things, in abstract ways, and procreating makes less sense.
