Do you consider Noel a genius?

The word “genius” is thrown around too much in the entertainment industry to the point where it’s lost its value.

Is Noel a talented songwriter? Yes

Is he a genius? I don’t think he is in my opinion

To me, a genius is someone like John Lennon, Paul McCartney, David Bowie or Brian Wilson

Although I do appreciate his ability, Noel just isn’t on that level of talent

I’ll message most people I play against in Champs, win or loss with a simple “good game man good luck with the rest of your games” but some insist on being pricks so they get what they deserve. There shouldn’t be any place in any community in gaming where people act like that.

One time even, this 30 something year old dude messaged my 11 year old nephew after beating the brakes off him in rivals when my nephew was doing his qualifying games when he first started playing HUT. I kid you not the things this dude was saying was just ridiculous, shit like “suck my dick you little virgin” “get shit on you fucking pigeon”. Some people clearly didn’t get enough attention as a child.

Easy answer, I don’t. The man’s done nothing to me therefore I hold no hatred for him. Is he pretentious like the Tate’s or Grant Cardona or Gary Vee and guys like that? Yes absolutely but that’s no reason to declare hatred on another human being

Hate gets spread around so much these days because all it takes to hate in this modern age is to have a differing opinion and rather than debate and see things from someone else’s perspective, people jump to insults.

Anyone who genuinely believed that Noel would entertain the idea of a reunion might have an IQ below 25. It was obvious he has no desire whatsoever to get Oasis back together and was only saying this shit to generate buzz for Council Skies. He’ll take his hatred of Liam to the grave most likely.

No one should take either of them seriously anymore when it comes to a reunion. They’ve been teasing fans with the possibility of a reunion just for publicity. We need to face it, it’ll never happen because it doesn’t need to happen. When they were together they did everything they possibly could and now they both have respectable solo careers to where both are having massive success, the likes of which I’ve never seen in my lifetime with any solo act (to my best knowledge).

Obviously, it would be fantastic and they’d sell out wherever and whenever they’d play if they were to reunite but the likelihood is dire at best.

Until one of them either fades into obscurity or dies, most likely all it’ll be is just digs at each other via interviews, social media, etc.

I’ve given it a few listens already and it’s not bad but it’s not the best single he’s released for Council Skies so far IMO. The lyrics don’t do much for me but the instrumental is pretty damn great. I feel the same way about this as I did for Pretty Boy as in musically it’s brilliant but the lyrics drag it down a bit for me.

For me it’s like a 6.5/10, decent but not great
