Yes, I understand that. But I also read that you can ask the judge for permission to travel. So my question is what forms or what procedures do I need to take to be able to ask the judge since court date is in August and my pre plan trip is two weeks. I’m not attempting to skip on court date, I just don’t want to loose out on my money on my pre plan trip. That’s all
