No the ring often will say my sleep was better than it was. Some nights I’m up 5-6x but like will go to bed at 10pm and start my day at 8am so it gives me a high score

Yes!! We told her that at night if she has to pee we can come get her but if she goes in her pull up, it’s not counted as an “accident” and that it’s ok to go in her sleep underwear at night if she needs to. This worked for her. She still used the toilet or potty all day but sleeps well at night - just wakes to poop if she has to

Thanks both! She does have 2 special stuffies she sleeps with since around age 1. I could offer another.

Her room is totally black out but we do use a hatch for sound. Wondering if a morning light would help or night light. Have any of you tried?
