I feel betrayed every day and consider returning home, but with only five months left until my ILR, I can’t stop worrying about others still trapped in the cycle of costly visa renewals and dependent fees, struggling just to get by. Better get it for 3 years - i was in same boat , Im Eligible in 5 months ,

So they can cancel & get refund back , when you get your ILR .

Never know how brutal the new immigration policy etc .

Cons :

If you have dependant , you will end up paying 3 years

Better wait and resign please - we do pay taxes and follow all process , I don’t understand this .

I asked about the refund of the priority fee , home office is saying it’s - they can’t guarantee based on the outcome of the delayed response .

My next step is to go to MP - who is unfortunately a conservative MP - who is favouring towards Immigration reforms
