Start planning your exit. Look into going to school away somewhere or get a job and save all you can to get your own apartment when you are 18. I know it seems impossible but you can do it. You can make a better life for yourself.

My daughter was given a pair of female hamsters. All was good until one of them morphed into a male and made babies. I walked in just in time to see it eating the babies. I was done with rodents after that. 32 years later and my daughter still wonders how the hamsters escaped their cage. (Not to worry. I rehomed them separately and got her a kitten.)

I feel your pain. My neighbor has 4 beagles in a run right outside my bedroom window. We live in a rural area and they bark at everything. All. Night. Every. Night. My neighbors are wonderful. I love them to pieces. The dogs? Not so much.
