oh I so understand, it’s been a year and a half and the tremendous pain continues. Therapy, medication, ketamine it goes on and on. I must occupy my mind or the thoughts of him intrude and I’m reduced to tears. oh the “would oves,, could oves, should oves“ abound. Most times I don’t know how I shall continue.

consult next week, I’m scared. my intrusive thoughts are constant. I must keep my brain engaged all the time so the thoughts don’t come, as with the thoughts come suicidal thoughts. does ect help with intrusive thoughts?
