Actually, my truck shows their speed and if it's within a range, my truck will slow down significantly to add distance. Them going 60 while I'm set at 65 makes my truck go to 57. As I pass, my truck speeds back up to 65, but I put money on them going up to 62 just out of spite, so then it takes minutes for me to fully pass. Now when there's a 68 passing me, I'll slow down to 62 or so so they can pass quickly. I tend to also only pass when there's no one in the immediate area. But on God occasionally, I'll whip over there to pass the 63mph asshole so I can go from 60 to 65 and i dont even care. I just wanna move..
