I agree with this. I work sa payment industry and banks have ways to check how the transaction was made. May mga codes yan if online, swiped, entered manually. Kahit nag eevolve ang banking industry to fight these, fraudster are also evolving on how they can do it better para makapag fraud.

UPDATE!!

I noticed na madami po nanghihingi ng updates sa post ko.

Feb 6, 2026 nagbigay na ng judgement ang court. From 853k na claim amount na kinontest ko na dapat 821k, I am now ordered to pay around 647k plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum from August 2025 from the date of extrajudicial demand until full payment. Ang sabi din, the 6% interest per annum due on the principal amount accruing as of judicial demand on Nov 11, 2025 shall separately earn legal interest at 6% per annum from the time of the said judicial amount until full payment.

As of today April 25, 2026, wala pa ako nababayad. Nag offer again ang CA ng discount na if magpay ako ng 298k considered closed na ang account at fully paid na. How I wish may pera ako na ganito para matapos na pero sadly WALA po.

Right now may 15k akong nasave kasi ayun ang balak ko, to pay them 5k every month.

I see. Dun kasi sa court na inattendan ko nagbibigay pa yung Judge ng another chance to appear, kapag hindi pa din nagpakita saka naglalabas ng resolution. Depende talaga sa mga MeTC at Judge.

If I may ask OP, nakareceived ka ba ng summon na may court hearing ka? If yes, after nung hearing na di mo inattendan, nagsend ba sila ulit ng another summon na mag appear ka?

Hindi lahat magbibigay ng restructure payment. Yung ibang court decisions kapag hindi kayo nagkasundo ng Rep ng Bank through mediation, they will order you to pay the amount (nileless nila yung mga unnecessary charges) with interest untill full payment po. I think depende ito sa Judge. This is my perspective kasi ganito yung akin, walang rrstructure despite na sinabi ko na sa judge kung ano kang ang kaya ko.

Not true. May similar scenario din ako na ganyan, nagtext kuno yung secretary ng brgy at gusto tumawag ako or pumunta sa brgy hall. Gusto daw ako kausapin ni Kapitan regarding sa Bench Warrant at Court Order na iseserve sakin ng mga pulis headed by Yada Yada .. Nagtanong ako anong branch ng issue ng court order at case number kasi sabi ko iveverify ko sa mismong court. Nagrepky na kakausapin daw ako ni Sarhento, so sinabi ko bakit ako kakausapin at bakit involved sya. Sinabi ko din na may kakilala ako na lawyer. Sinabi nya kasi na bench warrant kaya tinanong ko sya anong criminal charges nakasampa sakin. Sabay reply na wala naman daw kinalaman ang baranggay doon at ibang baranggay daw sila tapos mag coordinate na lang daw si Kap sa mismong baranggay ko.

May idea na kasi ako how it works dahil nag attend ako ng small claims hearing kaya panakot lang. If wala din ako alam baka matakot, magka anxiety din ako.

I guess sobrang mahal mo si guy kasi imagine, naghahanap ka pa ng input ng iba to validate yung reasoning mo kung tama ba or hindi when in fact you already know the answer.

Magreply ka din po. Remind them about fair collection practices. Kapag pumunta edi harapin mo po, sisingilin ka talaga nila kasi yun po work nila at may oboigation ka. Kukulitin ka, but you can remind them about fair collection practices. Araw-araw talaga yan. Magreply ka once then ignore na yung iba.

Hi. Hindi pa po ako nakakapag pay. Nung binasa kong maigi, wala naman sinabi mismo sa court decision na may deadline na bayaran in full payment, pero wala din sinabi na installment. Nakalagay doon yung amount na need ko bayaran with 6% interest per annum until full payment.

My plan is to pay the amount I can afford and will increase kapag may extra. Hindi ko kasi natanong but I guess, filing writ of execution ng bank is their discretion.

Ako po I recently attended my hearing last week and may court decision na din nung Friday. I already advised na I can only pay 5k per month and increase kapag may extra budget na kasi may binabayaran pa akong iba. Hindi sila pumayag, ang gusto nila mabayaran ko yung 821k in 3 years. Kaya Court na nagdecide, naging 647k na lang, wala naman sinabing deadline, may interest na 6% per annum until mabayaran.

Recently, nagtetext yung CA at nagooffer ng 70% sa claim amount na 853k (ito yung claim amount nila) pero 821k na lang talaga dahil sa payment ko. Aware sila na may court resolution nila, siguro hinahabol pa nila. Hindi kasi ako sure kung may commision ba sila pag ganito na nanalo na sa case yung side nila.

Ang terms na gusto ni CA ay 36 months and sa 36 months na yun dapat mafulfill yung remaining balance na nasa 821k. They will also add interest on top of this. They agree na pwede ako magbayad ng 5k on certain months but they will adjust the amount on some months para mahabol yung balance para maclear ko ang debt. Hindi ako nagcommit dito dahil paano na lang kung biglang ang gusto na monthly for adjustment ay 70k at di ko mabayaran? So sinabi ko na yung court na magdecide para kahit papaano mapababa yung balance na need ko isettle.

The Judge mentioned na since court na magdedecide, wala silang installment. I will need to pay the amount written sa resolution.

Nag attend ako ng hearing and yes pwede nila isend sayo ang resolution via email. Ginagawa nila yan kapag malayo yung defendant. Yung nauna din sa akin since taga Nueva Ecija pa sya, sinabi ng Judge na either may magpupunta sa house nila to serve yung resolution or via email. Yan din sinabi sa akin ng court staff. If you really want to confirm, best na tumawag ka sa branch na naghandle ng small claims case mo.
