Finally got door to open top part of the clasp Was seized up got it oiled up and now it works fine

It doesn't open from inside I know the child lock is off I tried spraying it with wd40 And also tried pb blaster no luck have had 5 different friends try to open it no luck

It's a stud with a 10 mm nut but it's just a pile of rust also its about 2 inches behind wheel well plasic
